Crown ERAM is a company dedicated to the pursuit of providing quality services in the electrical power delivery arena, consisting of test, inspection, and priority assessments, for the circuit breaker and transformer user. By defining cost reduction services, our business is focused on assisting the industrial and utility industry to meet the competitive challenges presented by doing more with less. We assist our clients in the decision making processes by providing alternatives which require decisions based on sound engineering principles and the econometrics of purchasing new or refurbishing used equipment.
Our quality assurance program who’s foundation was inspired with the experiences gained while serving the nuclear industry, insures decisions are made first on safety, then on economics. Our electronic database is unique in it’s data capture and re-creation of work performed in both the field and in-shop. We define it as our “pre-flight” checklist to insure that mission critical elements are not missed in the calamity of field investigation and outage pressures. The in-shop procedures in place force critical step review and oversight.
Using science, we seek first to understand what was engineered into the many vintage switchgear systems currently in use by industry, so that the integrity is not only maintained, but improved.
